the only comment I have is that when the insulation was blown in the TVs did not work and the thermostat had to be reset. I had to call Charter Cable to come up and fix the problem at a service charge from them and another technician from the company came in to redo the thermostat as I could not fix that problem because it had to be done by a technician. I was assured that the service call to the TV company would be paid for by Dr. Energy. Have not received the bill as of yet but will send it down for payment when I receive it. Otherwise the technicians were wonderful, considerate and professional.

the presentation was excellent and convinced us the necessity of insulating our house. I had purchased a heat pump and was happy with the results of that work.
