Install crew was very professional, worked well and cleaned up nicely each day.
Won't know till winter how much better it will be, but the knowledge of the install crew was very high, which makes me feel good about the work.
When I did get a returned call, they answered all of my questions quickly.
Very good, however, it took some time to get back to my messages, but it might have been due to the upcoming holiday we had.
Salesman was very informed, but missed telling us we needed to remove the old fluffy white attic insulation first which did add some cost.
The crew did a great job and a wonderful cleanup at the end of each day.
The house was left VERY clean in the areas they worked.

Originally it was a ad in the Valuepak with coupon. But after meeting with the salesman and having him explain how fiberglass insulation worked, and the knowledge he showed made me feel like I made a good choice.
