Our Overall Service
It appears that Larry Janesky should review his quality control measures, or have some one else do it. His reference to awards, etc. date back more than a decade and sales appear to be riding on past, not current, performance.

Should have separate numbers for basement systems and energy savers.
Sales Process
Very knowledgeable, but had to wait too long to have him come out to look at the job.
Our Installation Crew
too much of a rush, understaffed due to sickness. I helped them to meet schedule. Clive is a good supervisor but the helpers did not show the same motivation, and they were sick. Only one helper on days two and three.
The Cleanup Process
too much of a rush, as above. Electric blower worked for a while, then broke.

What made you choose our company:

The logic of the presentation book and videos provided starring Larry Janesky. The careful review and estimate seemed to be in-line with one other estimate I'd gotten from Green Life in Brookfield. One thing I didn't like was the emphasis on signing the contract at time of presentation - a little too much pressure based on backlog of work, which landed the job too close to Christmas. Also, waited too long for the estimator to be scheduled to look at the job in the first place.
