Awarded on Friday, November 2nd, 2012 Denise Coogan, Sherry Masek, and Lisa Pantaleo are this year's recipients of the BBB's Superior Service Award. These young ladies work within the Dr. Energy Saver CT call center and received the award after having met the necessary requirements: provide service that meets a high ethical standard, and also demonstrate patience, professionalism, and honesty when helping customers as well as co-workers.
